Welcome to the Master's level application page on the myVTS website. On this page you will find all of the documents and information you'll need to apply to the Master in Divinity, Master of Arts, Anglican Studies, and Diploma in Theology programs .Use this form if you are a US citizen, living either inside or outside of the United States. If you are NOT a US citizen, but are a permanent resident (green card holder) or an F-1 student visa holder currently studying in the United States and are in a process towards ordination in an Episcopal Diocese in the United States please contact the Director of Admissions, Jan Sienkiewicz, at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss whether this application form is the most appropriate one for you to use.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A LOGIN OR PASSWORD TO ACCESS AND COMPLETE THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION FORM.
The basic application form can be completed on-line. To read the instructions and complete the form, click on the "Master's level application" link found to the right on this page.
If you are not ready to complete the application form, you can complete and submit the info request form form as a first step. to let us know of your interest in our Master's level programs, request information or a phone call, or plan a visit.
The FINAL Deadline for applying to the Master's level programs for the following August term/Fall is May 1. NOTE: Earlier deadlines apply for those competing for a merit scholarship.
The FINAL Deadline for applying to the MA, Anglican Studies or Diploma in Theology program to begin study in the Spring Semester is October 1.
In addition to completing the on-line application form, you will need to prepare and submit a variety of other materials. Information about these materials and supporting documents is included in the introduction section of the application form and can also be found in the block labeled "additional information" on this web page (look to the right). The blank "reference request" form is also in this section.
The complete application packet will consist of the electronically submitted Master's level application form, the additional required documents , and the $75.00 application fee. All of the additional materials and the fee should be mailed together in one packet to the VTS Admissions Office at 3737 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA 22304. We will not consider incomplete applications, and will not continue with the application/interview process until the packet of supporting documents has been received.
