The basic application form can be completed on-line. To read the instructions and complete the form, click on the "Doctor of Ministry Application form" link found to the right on this page.  If you are not ready to complete the application form, but would like to let us know of your interest in our DMin programs, you can complete and submit the "Request DMin information" form as a first step. This will allow us to begin building your applicant record, and will provide us with the information we need to contact you and talk over the program.
In addition to completing the on-line application form, you will need to prepare and submit a variety of written materials. These materials are described in the Information section of the on-line application.  Reference request forms, the Ecclesiastical Endorsement form and the Context Grant application form are available to download and can be found in the box to the right on this page labeled "DMin supplemental forms for Application".
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS must fulfill some additional application requirements to document the equivalency of their academic backgrounds to academic programs in the United States.  A RESOURCE LIST for academic credential evaluation is in the download box to the right.
NOTE:  A criminal background check is now a part of the application process.  Members of the admissions office staff will provide information and instructions for initiating the background check to each applicant at the appropriate time in the application process.

All of the materials and the fee should be mailed together in one packet to the VTS Admissions Office at 3737 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA 22304, by the stated deadline
